About Us

Dance Identity was founded in March of 2009 to teach dance in a professional environment with a structured curriculum. Currently the DI curriculum consists of styles such as Bollywood, Jazz, Hip Hop, Salsa, and Contemporary Dance.

The primary focus of Dance Identity is to nurture individuals into realizing their potential and most importantly, their dreams. Teaching students that dance is not only about doing steps; but it requires a deeper understanding of movement, music, mind and body. It is founded on the belief that everyone can dance as long as you have the belief, desire and the right guidance. “If you can feel, think and move, then you can dance”…

Dance Identity offers both, dance and fitness programs. Our classes follow a systematic structure and curriculum in addition to being high on energy and fun. We also offer personal training programs that are tailor made to suit your personal needs of fitness, dance, timings and privacy.

Dance Programs

We offer a wide variety of dance styles – Bollywood, Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Lyrical, Funk, and Salsa. Classes cater to all age groups and levels, there’s a class for everyone! The dance classes help students build confidence and self esteem through dance and movement. Students start classes at the beginner level, graduating to intermediate, advanced-intermediate, and professional. Dance Identity also offers special technique classes for students that are interested in training to become professional dancers, instructors or choreographers.

Fitness Programs

The fitness classes offered by Dance Identity are based on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which is a form of cardio exercise beneficial to burning fat in a short and intense workout. The fitness classes also focus on core training, stretching and flexibility, weight training, Pilates, and Yoga for a well toned, sculpted and lean look. The high quality of instruction offered in our classes is a trademark feature that sets Dance Identity apart from the rest of the crowd.
